Last year at Street Food About the Lakes, we pulled up with tacos and kombucha cocktails, and walked away with Best Food and Best Drinks.
This year, we've got the main stage locked for all four days, but before that, we're lighting the fire early with a full takeover at Bellevin.

TWO FOUR STATIONS
We're cooking with flame and intensity on two live grills:
-- The choricera, for searing tacos over direct heat
— A yakitori grill, to finish our meats with deep smoke and char over hard coal or binchotan
No skewers, just real meat, real fire.

— Mushroom Taco, 50 kr, sautéed mushrooms, cheddar, salsa verde
— Fire-grilled meats from the yakitori setup

Crafted specifically for this event, low ABV, high expression, and a few surprises behind the bar:
-- Empower the Paloma, tequila, reaper chili, grapefruit, passionfruit, butterfly pea kombucha
-- Negroni by Accident, gin, vermouth, bitter, holy basil kombucha
-- Smoke Break, mezcal, Suze, Lillet, black cardamom kombucha
