FUN EATS — Rootfast Pop-up Celebrates Spring We eat delicious and local again on April 28 at Funke — the doors open at 17:00, and the food is served at 18:00. The menu starts with creamy Tuscan bean soup, freshly ground black pepper and crispy sourdough croutons. For the main course: freshly rolled ram onion pasta with mascarpone cream, pickled celery leaves and stored pecorino. You can buy today's dessert — vanilla ice cream with bergamot cream and crispy biscotti. For dessert, enjoy a good cup of coffee — or treat yourself to an Espresso Martini for only 75 DKK. Start the evening with a spring-fresh Spritz for just $50 — choose from Aperol, Campari, Limoncello or elderflower. \ \ We celebrate the first warm touch of spring and the light that finally returns. It feels like ages ago we ate out and wore short pants. We do not promise that you will be able to do so on April 28th — but we promise good atmosphere, great food and spring vibes inside Funke. Come taste spring with us — eat freshly picked ram onions, freshly rolled pasta and wash it all down with cool rosé or a Spritz. Starter and main course: 170 kr. \ Dessert (additional purchase): 40 kr. Drinks can be purchased at the bar. We will be visited by a photographer in the evening, who captures the mood with a few pictures. If you don't want to be in pictures, you can just tell the staff — we will of course take care of that.

This year, we've got the main stage locked for all four days, but before that, we're lighting the fire early with a full takeover at Bellevin.
