After years of working at many restaurants with different cuisines, Chef @kc .chan is now embracing his roots and cooking dishes that are truly close to his heart. Inspired by the bold, diverse flavors of Malaysia, this pop-up is a celebration of the food he grew up with—but with a modern and playful twist. To complement the dishes, @rosforthrosforth will bring you an incredible selection of natural wines—each carefully chosen to pair beautifully with the bold and complex Malaysian flavors. Vamos Vamos x Damo x Bellevin Streetfood Preparty
Last year at Street Food About the Lakes, we pulled up with tacos and kombucha cocktails, and walked away with Best Food and Best Drinks. This year, we've got the main stage locked for all four days, but before that, we're lighting the fire early with a full takeover at Bellevin.
