We’re bringing the vibrant flavors of Malaysia to Copenhagen for a special one week pop-up! After years of working at many restaurants with different cuisines, Chef @kc.chan is now embracing his roots and cooking dishes that are truly close to his heart. Inspired by the bold, diverse flavors of Malaysia, this pop-up is a celebration of the food he grew up with—but with a modern and playful twist. To complement the dishes, @rosforthrosforth will bring you an incredible selection of natural wines—each carefully chosen to pair beautifully with the bold and complex Malaysian flavors. FUNKE SPISER – Rodfast Pop-up fejrer foråret Vi spiser lækkert og lokalt igen d. 28. april på Funke – dørene åbner kl. 17.00, og maden serveres kl. 18.00. Menuen starter med cremet toscansk bønnesuppe, friskkværnet sort peber og sprøde surdejscroutoner. Til hovedret: friskrullet ramsløgspasta med mascarponecreme, syltet bladselleri og lagret pecorino. Du kan tilkøbe dagens dessert – vaniljeis med bergamottecreme og sprød biscotti. Til desserten kan du nyde en god kop kaffe – eller forkæl dig selv med en Espresso Martini til kun 75 kr. Start aftenen med en forårsfrisk Spritz til kun 50 kr. – vælg mellem Aperol, Campari, Limoncello eller hyldeblomst.\ \ Vi fejrer forårets første varme strejf og det lys, der endelig vender tilbage. Det føles som evigheder siden, vi spiste ude og gik i korte bukser. Det lover vi ikke, du kan d. 28. april – men vi lover god stemning, dejlig mad og forårsvibes indenfor på Funke. Kom og smag på foråret med os – spis friskplukket ramsløg, nyrullet pasta og skyl det hele ned med kølig rosé eller en Spritz. Forret og hovedret: 170 kr.\ Dessert (tilkøb): 40 kr. Drikkevarer kan købes i baren. Vi får besøg af en fotograf på aftenen, som fanger stemningen med et par billeder. FUNKE SPISER – Rodfast Pop-up på italiensk Vi byder jer benvenuto mandag d. 10. marts på Funke kl. 17.00 Menuen består af sprøde bruschetta til forret og hovedretten er ravioli med spinat, ricotta, brunet smør og salvie. Efter 3 år i Perugia, Firenze og Umbrien taler Jesper ikke et ord italiensk, men behersker i stedet ravioli håndværkets fine teknikker, som Mamma Rosanna lærte ham i kælderen på den 1-stjernet restaurant El Teatro i Piacenza. Glæd dig til en ægte og ærlig aften med italiske fornemmelser og lokale danske råvarer. Vi serverer maden fra kl. 18.00, men du er velkommen allerede fra kl. 17.00 – perfekt, hvis du vil runde af efter arbejde med en drink inden middagen. Expect more panzerotti , more guests, and even more of the Apulian vibes that made last year unforgettable. \ In Puglia, panzerotto isn’t just a snack—it’s a symbol of sharing and celebration. Whether you're coming from the beach, having an aperitif with friends, or enjoying a family meal, panzerotto is always a delightful surprise. This year, we’ve got the main stage locked for all four days, but before that, we’re lighting the fire early with a full takeover at Bællevin.
