After the great success of last year’s first edition, we’re back with the second edition of Panzarot! The response was overwhelming, and for everyone who couldn’t stop thinking about it, we’ve decided to bring it back and make it even bigger. Expect more panzerotti , more guests, and even more of the Apulian vibes that made last year unforgettable.
In Puglia, panzerotto isn’t just a snack—it’s a symbol of sharing and celebration. Whether you're coming from the beach, having an aperitif with friends, or enjoying a family meal, panzerotto is always a delightful surprise. With its crispy exterior and soft, flavorful filling of mozzarella, tomato, and sometimes ham or mushrooms, it’s a true taste of Puglian tradition.
There are a limited number of tickets available online, but if you miss out, don’t worry! You’re still welcome to join us directly at Kitchen Collective while seats last.
